A story about a hot summer in the 50s and the erotic awakening of a young country boy called Eero. "The countryside in Northern Finland is full of deserted small farms like my childhood home, its owners having moved into the towns, in the hope of a better life. My story is about the people and life in one of those cottages. I hope the play will seem like a true story of this vanished world, and that many people of my age will be able to see in it the experiences of their youth." Eero Schroderus
