In the midst of an identity crisis, Mathias drives to the coast and approaches the high cliffs overlooking the sea. But Jean is watching from his trailer. He is the self-appointed watchman of these cliffs which, like a lighthouse, mysteriously attract the world-weary. This is the story of the meeting between two men, who have little in common other than a common destiny, which has led them to the same end of the earth.
