An anarchist minority believes that violence of the authorities and the State can only be met with the violence of the oppressed. This minority calls itself the "expropriator" anarchists. This is the story of Miguel Arcángel Roscigno, the "crack" of expropriator anarchists. The holdup of the Messina foreign exchange office, the escape from the Punta Carretas prison and the murder of Commissioner Pardeiro sent shock waves through the society of Rio de la Plata in the 20s and 30s. The press reported the exploits of Roscigno and his "band" with disproportionate taste for the sensational. This film, which includes interviews with historians, witnesses direct and indirect, archival footage and period photographs, reconstitutes a forgotten episode in the history of Rio de la Plata.
