Srebrenica, une chute sur ordonnance

Srebrenica, a Fall by Ordinance

Bosnia-Herzegovina, July 1995: within six days, Srebrenica, a Bosnian enclave under the protection of the UN troops and NATO planes, fell into Serbian hands, leading to the worst massacre in Europe since 1945. This film examines the implacable mechanism by which the international community and its representatives in the field, hampered by uncertainty, confusion, and sometimes guilty of premeditation, left a clear field to Mladic's hordes. With the chronology of events providing its structure and progression, the film interweaves interviews, eye-witness accounts and archives in order to retrace the consequences of a series of misunderstandings, abdications and inertia.
