Sé consa la vi

Haiti, a Caribbean island. A land caught between America and Africa. After three decades of bloody dictatorship, President Aristide re-established democracy in 1994. He dissolved the army and created a new police force. 5, 200 young people, most of them university students, scarified a promising career to commit themselves to democracy. They receive four months of training before being dispatched around the country. Today, in Cité Soleil, a shantytown of 400,000 inhabitants, in Hinche, a remote province, a handful of policemen struggle to fulfill an increasingly difficult mission.
