Who are these young graduates of the School of Political Science who, every year for the past 50 years, court the youngest, but also the most prestigious and most desirable of the Grandes Ecoles : the ENA ? How are they formed ? What do they learn once they are admitted : to build their muscles or climb onto the podium ? To outdo themselves or others ? Are the "enarques" the future godheads or are they losing momentum ? The director went into the field to find out. First, it's the disqualifying exams for the preparation of the legendary Grand Oral. Then, once the selection has been made and the program underway, he follows their progress. Ten years later, he returned to see if the enarques were still in the race or out of the running...The film comes full circle. Is it a closed circuit ? Are they all on stimulants ? Before, during and after ENA : are the dreams still the same ?
