The last place on Earth where you still have the feeling of treading the soil of another planet. In December 1998, a Franco-American expedition, made up of a dozen scientists from different specializations, studied the forms of life which can only be found in these places. Flora and fauna have found a delicate balance here. This expedition also provided an opportunity for scent specialists to collect and analyze various odors. Using Headspace, they were able to secure the fragrant molecules of flowers without damaging or cutting them. This is the first documentary made in Odorama.
