Filmed before the rift in the far right National Front party - a rift that affected its official newspaper - this film reveals the National Hebdo's role in the tactics of counter-information, propaganda and formation used among its militants. Most of all, it dissects the FN's neo-fascist ideology from the inside. News desk by news desk, the film allows the editorial staff to expound their "ideas" without any impression of manipulative montage, but, at the same time, it uncompromisingly denounces them via the comments of journalists, writers, scientists, professors, jurists and historians, who provide the necessary factual counterpoint. This documentary attacks not only the ideological foundations of the FN according to Le Pen, but also those who want us to believe that the followers of Megret are more "soft-core".
