In January 1999, Cuba celebrated the 40th anniversary of the Revolution. Fidel Castro, old and grey, forgetting the content of his speech, urged young Cubans to follow the path of the Revolution. But where does it lead ? Almost two million people have already left Cuba. The main source of foreign currency is the one billion dollars that relatives and friends send to their families. Cuba, declared as a classless society, is now strongly and bitterly divided into two classes : those who have dollars and those who have not. Over a million tourists visit Cuba every year. Tourism has brought dollars, but also snakes into the socialist paradise : drugs, violence and prostitution.
