This is a true story of a country woman named Huang Mingzhu, who is driven to despair after her prostitute-visiting husband infects her with a venereal disease. This is why Huang, a high school graduate, began a letter-writing campaign against these hubs of venearal disease and, failing that, decided to bomb them. This documentary retraces the short criminal career of this provincial woman. It depicts the psychological background for this crime and her fall-out with her family and society at large.
