À l'école hôtelière
The hotel management school of Lausanne is one of the best in the world. In an American-style campus, students from all over the world learn all about hotel management, catering and the holiday industry. But first they must pass by the kitchen, domestic service, dish washing, and cleaning rooms. The apprenticeship amounts to a moral, psychological and physical trial. The students react in different ways to the pressures of their teachers, the competitiveness and the communal living. Stephan Moszkowicz spent six months following the hectic schooling of five students.
