BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS: please note that hotels in Biarritz figuring above do not accept direct reservations from participants. You must reserve through the Fipa's "Hotel Reservation" department to book in one of the listed hotels and to obtain the preferential rate.

RESERVATION PROCEDURE: please complete the online reservation form. Remember to specify your arrival and departure date. Please notify Fipa Hotel Reservation immediately, should there be any change in your plans. If the hotel requested is fully booked by the time your form arrives, Fipa will do its best to allocate you another hotel most likely to meet your requirements.
